12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT Kota, Kota against the internal development work of the project those plots are J-15, J-16, J-20, J-21 & J-30 to J-37, total 12 plots having an area of 1487Sq. meter. 1). Khasra No 334/317 having total area of 2.10 Hector out of which 0.45 hector is used in block J & 0.24 Hector is used in the Block K. 2). Khasra No. 55 consist of total area of 2.59 Hector out of which 1.15hector is used in Block J & 1.44 hector is being used in Block K. 3).The land was surrendered to UIT, kota at the time of 90-A. Now new khasra no alloted by UIT Kota is 368/334 having area 0.45 heactor in lieu of Khasra No. 334/317 & Khasra no 370/55 area 1.15 Hector in lieu of Khasra No. 55.
