1. A part of the remaining area of the project comprising of independent houses was completed before RERA came into force accordingly is outside the purview of RERA, the remaining area is under dispute the same will be separately assessed for registration after the dispute is resolved. 2. The maps of have been uploaded with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter have decided to construct only Ground floor at present, first floor maps have been approved for future (same is also mentioned in the maps as word “future” is prefixed before the structural drawings of first floor). In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority.
