The maps of EWS and LIG have been uploaded with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter have decided to construct only Ground floor at present, first floor maps have been approved for future (same is also mentioned in the maps as word β€œfuture” is prefixed before the structural drawings of first floor). In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority.
