1. Institutional Block No. 1,2,3,4,5 and Library Block as provided in the approved site plan are being applied for registration in the said project Coaching Hub Phase -III. 2. The Project applied for registration comprises of institutional units, as there is no separate tab available on RERA portal for project type as Institutional, the promoter has applied for registration of project under the project type 'Commercial'. 3. The promoter will not allot any parking space in the project accordingly all parking spaces have been shown as visitor parking. 4. There is a common basement for all blocks of the project. 5. The promoter has proposed a library block in the phase applied for registration, the same has been depicted as auditorium block in the approved maps. Therefore in place/instead of auditorium mentioned in sanctioned layout, promoter has proposed library block at the same place (no auditorium is proposed now). 6. In structural drawings uploaded drawings by the name 'Typical Floor Beam Details', 'Typical Floor Framing Plan', 'Footing Section Detail', 'Footing Layout Plan' are related to all blocks of the project.
