The Project Khasra No are 210/2,210/3, 216/2, 218/2 while khasra no in update Jambabandi are 2968/210,2969/210, 2971/216 & 2973/218 which are to be treated as same as per current revenue record in the name of Nagar Parishad Beawar. Total No Block are 76 out of which 53 block with 16 flats in each block of EWS and 23 blocks with 16 units in each block of LIG with all flats are same size in EWS Blocks which is 24.75 Sqmtr and 39.98 sqmtr in LIG blocks.EWS blocks having 848 units and LIG blocks having 368 units out of which 656 of EWS units and 172 of LIG units has booked before RERA registration of project, however the promoters has paid penalty on violation of sec 3 of the act to the RERA Authority-Rajasthan.
