Note 1) Under Common Details tab, parking is marked as per the approved drawing and calculation table and a stated logic that, all the vehicles that are fully covered (within outer most projection line on both sides) are marked as parked on stilt floor and any uncovered or semi-covered vehicle is marked as parked in open area including handicap parking. The visitors parking is provided over and above the parking provided and hence marked under open area. 2) The open area is mentioned as per the certificate issued by the architect which is attached under Documents Tab. 3) The promoter has provisioned the community hall at the stilt floor of the building and common terrace, service room at the terrace of the building, which being a facility is for the use of the residents of the building and not for sale. 4) The promoter has also provisioned for four private terrace which are associated with the units of fifth floor as mentioned in apartment wise details under buildings tab.
