1. That Plot no. 55,56,57,58,59,60,61,62,63,64 (Total -10 Plot and area- 997.20 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2. That Plot No. SC1 TO SC6, SC18 (Total Plot 7) will be sold by Jaipur Development Authority therefore we have mentioned those plots as Not Yet Approved for Construction/Sale. 3. That Plot No. SC7 TO SC16, SC17 (Total Plot 11) will be sold by Khatedar therefore we have mentioned those plots as Not Yet Approved for Construction/Sale.
