That plot no. 1, 2, 3, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 have been mortgage with Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur (Total -14 plots and area- 673.26 sq. mtrs.) and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA.
