1.The promoter does not propose to allot parking space in the project, accordingly parking details have not been filled. 2. The maps of MIG-I, MIG-II and HIG have been uploaded with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter have decided to construct only Ground floor at present, first floor maps have been approved for future (same is also mentioned in the maps as word “future” is prefixed before the structural drawings of first floor). In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority. Accordingly, the development cost considered at present includes the cost to be incurred for the purpose of construction of ground floor only. 3. Total Area of the project is 2,31,700 Sq Mtrs, out of which a phase "CHS LAKHERI PH-IST & 2ND, BUNDI DIV. KOTA" of 93842 Sq Mtrs is registered under RERA having registration number RAJ/P/2019/969, 41385 Sq Mtrs is proposed under the present phase and 96473 Sq Mtrs is future phase.
