Intially we have wrongly submitted phase area 27891 sqm now the corrected phase area should be read as 93842 sqm for which the RERA registration has been applied. Accordingly additional fee amounting to Rs. 6,59,510/- is deposited through RTGS. As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
