Mtrs. which includes Residential [5909.43 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [200.12 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 14439.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 6757.14 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area of Master/Sector Plan road i.e. 5026.52 Sq. Mtrs. and Safety Corridor i.e. 2655.34 Sq. Mtrs.
