1.That BLOCK A was initially part of “Terraza Greens” of Jaipur district having RERA registration number RAJ/P/2017/046 of Promoter: - Prem Sagar Infra Projects Private Limited but Prem Sagar Infra Projects Private Limited has applied for curtailment of the project through map revision dated 29-01-2021 and RERA Authority has approved that map revision on 27-03-2021 vide Map Revision Application No. : RAJ-RERA-APP-MR-2021-26. Thereafter for Block-A Development Agreement and Power of Attorney was executed between (Sitaram Todawat, Premsagar Infraprojects Private Limited and VIVANTA CORPORATION) Therefore we have applied for registration of Block-A.
