A Plotted Development Project approved by Ajmer Development Authority under the provisions of Township Policy, 2010. The Promoter has mortgaged 12.5% plots i.e. 8 plots bearing no. B-09, B-10, B-11, B-15, B-16, B-19, B-20 and L-04 with the concerned authority which shall be released only after the completion of internal development of the Project. Therefore, the same have been mentioned as 'Not Sanctioned' plots. Further, the Promoter has surrendered land admeasuring around 1722.41 square meters for 100 feet road. Therefore, the net plot area is 10877.59 square meters.
