The total area of the Project land was 11014.09 sq. mtrs. However, 1941.41 was surrendered in road and net area left for Project Land was 9072.68 sq. mtrs. As per Township Policy 2010, 4 Plots (Plot No. A-21, A-22, A- 23 and A-24) having Total area of 782.56 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been mortgaged to Ajmer Development Authority. The total Open Area of the Project is 3018.09 square meters = 2378.70(Road Area)+572.06(Green Area)+67.33(Mobile Tower Area). Saleable Area is 6055.09 square meters = 4905.29(Residential Plotted Area)+362.84(Commercial Area)+181.45(Informal Shops Area). Since it is a plotted development project, parking details are not required.
