our phase area is 418 square meter i.e. equivalent to plot area. Visitors parking is in front of the building in set back area our land cost is Rs. 85000/- and development cost is Rs. 18450000/- i.e total cost is Rs. 18535000/- Cost details is not able to save.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
