The total land area is 75878.868 Sq Mtrs and out of that land admeasuring 30351.54 Sq Mtrs surrendered to the UIT Kota for the purpose of selling and the same is registered with the Rajasthan RERA by the name of SHAHEED CHANDRA SHEKHAR AFFORDABLE HOUSING SCHEME RERA registration number RAJ/P/2019/1020 by the UIT Kota. The remaining area i.e. promote's share is hereby applied for registration which is 45527.32 sq mtrs.
