1.)Open Area of the project is 18334.87 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 12886.27 sq.mtr., Green area as 5448.60 Sq.Mtrs. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Kota Development Authority against the internal development work of the project i.e commercial plot no. CP-01.
