As per Township policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Bodies, accordingly, Plot numbering 14 and 17 total 2 admeasuring 254.58 Sq. Meters kept as mortgage with Jaipur Development Authority and these plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Open Area Includes park admeasuring 176.20 sq. Meters, Mt admeasuring 10.00 sq. Meters, SWM admeasuring 50.01 sq. Meters, PU admeasuring 10.02 sq. Meters and Road admeasuring 1309.03 sq. Meters total 1555.26 sq. Meters. We will develop all the facility and utility as per norms of Township Policy 2010.
