As per Township Policy 2010, 14 Plots (Plot No. 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101 & 102) having Total area of 2072.49 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under Bikaner Development Authority. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Bikaner Development Authority. 2. The Total Saleable Area of the project is 16894.47 Sq Mtrs (Which includes Residential plots admeasuring 14602.83 Sq Mtr, Affordable Housing plots admeasuring 1635.38 Aq Mtr. and Informal Sector admeasuring 656.26 Sq Mtr). 3. The Open area of the project is 13879.01 Sq Mtrs. (Which includes Parks & Path admeasuring 1641.07 Sq Mtr, Zonal Panel Road admeasuring 4598.52 Aq Mtr. and Roads admeasuring 7639.42 Sq Mtr).
