12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 1, 8 and 9. Open Area of the project is 2965.80 sq. meters which includes Road Area [2910.16 sq. meters] and SWM [55.04 sq. meters].
