There is an ongoing litigation between the land owners and tenants. Therefore the construction of the project is at hold. The Promoters understand their responsibilities and hence won't be taking any bookings unless construction of the project resumes. There is no stay on the project land, affidavit for the same has been given in hard copy to the authority.we have not appointed any contractor.
