12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 7 plots are plot no. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 42 and 43. Open Area of the project is 3082.85 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [21.13 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [3061.72 sq. mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 6849.15 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [6649.59 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [199.56 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 10300.00 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 9932.00 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area surrendered in road i.e. 368.00 Sq. Mtrs.
