1. Total Area of the Project is 13,40,459.72 Sq mtrs, out of which a various phases has been registered under RERA which are:- 1. "EWS-335&LIG-153 Houses at Barli Scheme, Jodhpur under MGSY" of 61681.44 Sq Mtrs having registration number RAJ/P/2020/1203, 2. "MIG-A 152 Houses at Barli Scheme, Jodhpur under MGSY" of 39673.00 Sq Mtrs having registration number RAJ/P/2020/1299, 3. "HIG 25,MIG-II 42&MIG-I 45 BARLI AWASIYA YOJANA Sector-6 Jodhpur" of 44000 Sq Mtrs having registration number RAJ/P/2021/1600, 4. "Barli Housing Scheme Phase-IV Jodhpur EWS-407, LIG I-205, LIG II- 185, MIGA-125, MIGB- 105 & HIG- 63" of 207473.64 Sq Mtrs having registration number RAJ/P/2023/2404 5. “Badli Housing Scheme for Board Employee Extension HIG-103, MIG B-96, MIG A-42 Houses, Jodhpur” of 120802.78 having its registartion number RAJ/P/2023/2513, and now 179746.93 Sq mtrs is proposed under the present phase. 687081.93 is reserved for future development. 2. The maps of EWS, LIG I, LIG II, MIGA, MIGB & HIG have been uploaded with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter have decided to construct only Ground floor at present, first floor maps have been approved for future. In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority. Accordingly, the development cost considered at present includes the cost to be incurred for the purpose of construction of ground floor only. 3. Proposed project is Residential Township scheme in which common area will belong to Competent Authority which will be available for use for allottees.
