In the project it is proposed to sell both villa as well as plots. Decision of which unit shall be sold as plot and which unit shall be sold along with constructed villa solely depends on the customer's demand.The units may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter and such modifications and changes shall be as per the applicable building bylaws and policies.
