1.As per Township Policy,2010, we have to mortgage 12.5% plots with Local Body and accordingly we have suo-moto kept Plot no 1 and 2 admeasuring 429.50 Sq Yards or 359.12 Sq Meters with ADA. These Plots would be released after development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Ajmer Development Authority. 2. Open Area includes Area admeasuring 291.04 Sq Yards and Road Area admeasuring 1099.87 Sq Yards or 1162.98 Sq Meters
