1. Earlier the proposed project ATHARV APPARTMENT having registration no. RAJ/P/2017/499 registered with RERA with the name of promoter as M/S OM SOKHAL BUILDERS LLP. Later on, M/S SHP HOME LLP has purchased the said project from the promoter (sale deed of which attached in Legal Tile Documents of online form) and applied for the registration of new project on the same land and having same building and other amenities, accordingly the earlier project with registration no. RAJ/P/2017/499 was “revoked” and the new registration of project in RERA applied by the M/S SHP HOME LLP as promoter and consent of 2/3rd allottees regarding same was submitted in RERA for further processing of registration along with hard copies of project documents. 2. Name of the project has changed from "Atharv Appartment" to "Atharv Apartment" on 28-07-2020 and revised registration certificate has issued accordingly. Also, the project total area and phase area have changed to 3287.91sq.mt. from 3289.21sq.mt. and should be read accordingly. And Apartment Type Design column also modified accordingly to the given application by the promoter. This bears the approval of Honorable Chairman SirAs per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
