THE MAPS, THE AREA CALCULATIONS, THE BUILDING DIMENSIONS ARE BASED ON ACTUAL SITE LOCATION AREA I.E, 906.45 SQ.MTR. AND THUS IT IS CONSIDERED FOR RERA PROJECT REGISTRATION AS WELL. ALSO, SUCH CALCULATION ERROR BEING BASED ON FORMULA ROUND OFF IS IGONRED HEREWITH. KINDLY TAKE A NOTE. Note 2: Parking mentioned in Common Area Details as 26 Cars and 27 Two Wheelers for Residents and 3 Cars and 3 Two Wheelers for Visitors. For residents, 21 Cars out of the total capacity is parked in the semi-covered area thus it is shown under open area parking and only 5 cars are exclusively covered so shown under stilt parking area. Similarly for two Wheelers, 23 are covered and shown under stilt and 4 are shown under open area. Visitors parking is under open area only for both cars and scooters. Kindly take a note.
