Total Project Land area- 129674 sq mtr 9072 sq mtr is commercial which is not in the current Phase residential area 120602 sq mtr with total no of proposed 3050 units Palm, Chinar, Marigold, Rose Garden, Pine, Jasmine, Tulsi developed and delivered sold units. Silver Oak, Devdar project building plans are approved but currently are to be developed in the next phase in the future. Ashoka, EWS / LIG tower are under development and applied for registration. Total area which is under development 14284.73 sq mtr and 2810 sq mtr. 18377 sq mtr. (FAR 510167.5 sq. ft.) area is under development by way of joint venture with M/s Krish Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. as collaborator. w.r.t. the approval on 23-09-2019 the Estimated finish date of the project has been extended to 30-06-2020 on 23-09-2019As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
