The said Project "ASHOK VIHAR RESIDENTIAL SCHEME" is an affordable housing scheme under the provision of 3C of CMJAY for the development of Plots and Villas. It is hereby proposed to sell both, plots as well as Villas in the project. Total 36 plots shall be sold as villas (EWS Plot No. 44 to 51, MIG Plot No. 5 to 9, LIG Plot No. 92 to 109, 17 to 19, 21, 22) and the remaining plots shall be sold as plots.The Villas may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter.
