Total Land pocket area is 18200 sq mtrs wherein 2 plots - Plot No. GH-2-A having area 16677 sq mtrs, having Block No. A, B, C, D, E and F and Plot No. GH-2-B having area 1523 sq mtrs having Block No. G are proposed. Presently in this application we have proposed RERA Registration for Plot No. GH-2-B having tower Block G. Further as per future planning we shall get, as per requirement for the respective block, separate RERA Registration No for blocks under the ambit of Plot No. GH-2-A. The architect has mentioned 68 two-wheeler parking on ground floor and in application we have mentioned the same in "Any other floor".
