The project is approved under the “Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana” scheme. As per Provision 3A in the approval letter, the total proposed units were 271 (LIG – 208, EWS – 54, Shops – 9). However, the approval received is for Basement + Stilt + 10 Floors, comprising LIG – 172, EWS – 54, and Shops – 9, due to the non-receipt of approval from the Fire Department.
