12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 7 plots are plot no. 03,19,41,42,44,45,and 47. Open Area of the project is 4863.28 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [41.17 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [4822.11 sq. mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 8552.72 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [8311.37 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [241.35 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 13416.00 Sq. Mtrs. The Bank accounts has been opened on the basis of the project name mentioned on Approval letter issued by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar i.e. ASHIRWAD CITY RESIDENTIAL SCHEME
