The Saleable Area of the project is 8552.72 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [8311.37 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [241.35 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 13416.00 Sq. Mtrs. The Bank accounts has been opened on the basis of the project name mentioned on Approval letter issued by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar i.e. ASHIRWAD CITY RESIDENTIAL SCHEME
