1. It is represented that the total number of parking mentioned under the Tab common areas and facilities is inclusive of visitors parking. Promoter has earmarked parking for each unit. 2. The project is being developed in a phase wise manner wherein the common area would be developed with the phases of the project in which they fall. Further, the common areas developed in phases would form part and portion of the whole project.
