This project Ashiana Greens Phase 3 comprises of Block L1, L2, L7 & L8 having in total 40 Nos Dwelling Units and is part of a single Patta for Group Housing Project Ashiana Greens Sanctioned by JDA. Phase 1 of the Project Ashiana Greens Phase 1 is completed and delivered. Phase 2 of the Project Ashiana Greens Phase 2 has been sanctioned under RERA as separate phase, comprising of 20 Nos Villas and is to be developed. The Club House, green area and other facilities and amenities completed alongwith Ashiana Greens Phase 1 are for entire project Ashiana Greens and for common use of all the Apartment Owners of entire Project Ashiana Greens including owners of Phase 1, Phase 2 & Ashiana Greens Phase 3 and all the future phases. As per sanctioned building plans required parking as per BAR Calculation is 44 Nos. Out of which 28 Nos car parking spaces are located in Ashiana Greens Phase 3 and balance 16 Nos car parking spaces are located in Phase 2 of the project Ashiana Greens Phase 2.
