This project Ashiana Greens Phase 2 comprises of 20 Nos Villas and is part of a single Patta for Group Housing Project Ashiana Greens Sanctioned by JDA. Phase 1 of the Project, Ashiana Greens Phase 1 is completed and delivered. The Club House, green area and other facilities and amenities completed alongwith Ashiana Greens Phase 1 are for entire project Ashiana Greens and for common use of all the Apartment Owners of entire Project Ashiana Greens including owners of Phase 1, Ashiana Greens Phase 2 and all the future phases. As per sanctioned building plans 62 Nos car parking spaces are located in Ashiana Greens Phase 2 as against requirement as per BAR calculation of 30 Nos parking spaces including visitor parking. The extra 32 Nos car parking spaces are for allotment to allottees of Dwelling units to be developed in future phases.
