1. It is represented that the total parking mentioned under the tab common areas and facilities is inclusive of visitors parking. 2. It is further represented that the project is developed in a phase wise manner wherein the common areas and facilities falling in a particular phase is being developed with that phase in which it falls. Please note that the common areas and facilities developed with other phases will be common for all the apartment owners in the Whole Project and no resident/ apartment owner or owners of any earlier phase shall at any time restrict allottees of other phases excluding shops from using of such common areas and facilities.
