1. That the project Ashiana Ekansh Phase III comprises of residential and commercial blocks and commercial block is also known as Ashiana Ekansh Plaza. 2. That the total car and two wheeler parking are inclusive of respective visitors' parking. 3. It is further represented that the project is being developed in a phase wise manner wherein the common areas and facilities falling in a particular phase will be developed with that phase in which it falls. Please note that the common areas and facilities developed with Phase 1 and 2 and to be developed with Phase 3 and future development of the residential blocks of the project will be common for all the apartment owners of the residential block in the Whole Project and no resident/ apartment owner or owners of respective phases shall at any time restrict allottees of other phases excluding shops from using of such common areas and facilities. Common areas and shops will be for exclusive use of commercial block only. 4. It is further represented that the Club House for the residential block in the Whole Project is developed with Phase I.
