1. Ashiana Dwarka is a group housing project on area sharing basis with the Co-Promoter (Land Owner Mr. Manoj Vyas). A statement containing area allocation between the Promoter and Co-Promoter in Ashiana Dwarka Phase II has been attached alongwith the site plan. 2. The Promoter represents that the patta area of the land is 35644 sqmt out of which the Promoter is developing a group housing project on 34362 sqmtr land and EWS/LIG Project on 1282 sqmt land. Both the projects are separate and independent from each other. However utilities like STP and ESS shall be common for both the projects.
