1.That total plots mortgage are Plot No. 1, 16, 56, 57, 92, 93, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330 & Commercial Plot no.2 (Total -17 plot and area- 6024.24 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jodpur Development Authority out of which the following are the plots which are mortgage in Ashapurna NRI Phase-III are 56, 57, 92, 93, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330 & Commercial Plot no.2 (Total -15 plot and area- 5627.41 sq. mtrs.). Further Plot no.1 which is mortage with Jodpur Development Authority is part of this project and plot no. 1 (Total -1 plot and area- 111.95 sq. mtrs.) has been mortgage with Jodpur Development Authority for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. 2.That one of the Land Owner Ratan Kanwar is not part of this project and therefore the plots i.e 8,16,17,18 (Total-4 and area-904.96 Sq. Mtrs.)which has the ownership of Ratan Kanwar do not form part of this application. That as and when required Ratan Kanwar will do the needful with RERA Authoity.Further we have uploaded the Sahamati Patra which disclose the ownership of the plots with Ratan Kanwar.
