That Plot no. 22, 23, 32, 33, 34 & 35 (Total -6 plots and area- 848.11 sq. mtrs.) have been mortgage with Jodhpur Development Authority and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA.
