(1) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jodhpur Development Authority, Jodhpur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 36 to 40 admeasuring 847.90 SqM. (2) Open Area For our project is calculated as Road (2595.93 sq. mtr.) + Park (399.55 sq. mtr.) = 2,995.48 sq mtr. (3) Plots to be constructed are 32 in no. i.e. plot no. 1, 2 to 12, 16 to 24, 25, 26, 27 to 35.
