Out of such saleable area, as per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.50% with Nagar Parishad Rajsamand and accordingly Plots number 53, 54, 55 & 56 Total 4 Plots admeasuring 1262.27 Sq mtrs are kept mortgage with Nagar Parishad Rajsamand. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Nagar Parishad Rajsamand. 3. Open Area includes Park 129.78 Sq mtrs & Road Area 5630.86 Sq mtrs Total 5760.63 Sq mtrs.
