The earlier project finish date was 30/06/2019, and now the estimated finish date has been extended to 30/06/2020. The estimated finish date has been approved on 25/07/2019 and changed on 30/07/2019. As per applicant request application to update "other promoters" details and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 26-03-2021, other promoters details have been updated as Mr. Shyam Goyal on 26-03-2021. Copy of Board Resolution for updation of other promoters have been uploaded under the online tab of "Others" of copy of layout approval. As per applicant Request application to update the supplementary Development Agreement II and III and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 16-04-2021, the supplementary Development Agreement II and III has been uploaded/Updated under the tab of Copy of the legal title report for project land updated on 28-04-2021.
