1.) As per Township Policy 2010, 2 Plots (Plot No. 01 & C-03) having Total area of 1644.44 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage by JDA, Jaipur. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2.) Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 3.) Open Area is 8997.85 sq.mtr. calculated by considering park 1146.03 sq. mtr. + Road 6257.81 + Sector Road 1594.01 sq mtr. 4.) JDA kept Commercial Plot No. C-01 and C-04 (25% Commercial) admeasuring 261.55 Sq Mtr with itself, the promoter is neither owner of said commercial plots nor it can sell these plots, therefore, the said plots are filled under not sanctioned category. 5) Earlier single lease deed (Group Housing Plot) was issued on 26.08.2008 and thereafter in order to develop plots in the said project land, the said lease deed was surrendered on 26.05.2023 and subsequently JDA has approved the layout on 29.05.2023. That total land Area as per Jamabandi is 25200 sq.mtr. on which layout has peen passed.
