As per Township Policy 2010, 3 plots (i.e. Plot No. A-573,A-574 AND A-575) admeasuring 260.51 square meters equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgaged by Ajmer Development Authority, Ajmer. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed or development charges are deposited with Ajmer Development Authority, Ajmer.) 2. The total Open Area is 928.92 Square meters consisting of Park 150.04 square meters + ADA Sector Road area 778.88 square meters. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details required.
