β’ In proposed project, currently total no. of 11 floors (including Basement, Stilt & 9 floor) are sanctioned vide letter dated 21-12-2021 by UIT, Bhilwara against total planned 12 floors(including Basement, Stilt & 10 floor) in this project. The promoter intends to obtain permission from the competent authority for remaining floor in the future & will intimate Raj. RERA Authority as & when the permission is obtained. Promoter will construct extra 1 (one) floor only if necessary permission from concerned authority is received before completion of project. β’ We have uploaded floor plan, elevation & section drawings proposed by the architect for development of 10th floor in the project for which the approval needs to be taken from the competent authority. β’ We have updated no. of floors & GBUA of B+S+10 in project profile & paid additional RERA Registration Fee for development of one more floor if the same is approved by competent authority (GBUA of B+S+9 is 11322.40 sq. mtr. & GBUA of B+S+10 is 12296.62 sq. mtr)
