The Map Approval was in accordance with the Rajasthan Building Bye-Laws, 2020, under which disclosure of mortgage details was not required. As per the Development Agreement, the units held by the Developer shall be sold by the Developer, and the units held by the Landowner shall be sold by the Landowner.
