1.) This is a Plotted Development Project for which the Competent Authority will issue the Commercial Patta. 2.) BIDA has mortgaged 12.5% of the total saleable plots against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 16,17 & 18 (235.15 sq. mtr.). 3.) The said project is a part of our main project "ANSAL TOWN ALWAR" and one of its part project ANSAL TOWN GH PLOTS ALWAR bearing registration no. RAJ/P/2018/669 already registered with the Authority.
