(1)12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 11,12,28,29,43,44,45 and 50 admeasuring 1045.03 SqM. (2) The open area of our project is 3372.82 sq. mtr. which is the area of the road included under the scheme i.e. 3372.82.
