1. Unit No. E14 to E21 and P1 to P5 are not the part of the saleable inventory of our project/planning. Further, in the future if any changes arise in said planning, we shall intimate the RERA regarding the same or register the remaining part (Unit No. E14 to E21 and P1 to P5) as a new project. 2. The units may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter as per bylaws. 3. Proposed project is approved under provision 3B of CMJAY 2015.
